SUMMARY:Winter talk: Bats & light pollution
DESCRIPTION:In a talk postponed from earlier in the year\, zoologist & bat enthusiast\, Millie Gillard will share up-to-date information about the impact of artificial light on bats as well as exploring the importance of the creation & preservation of ‘dark sky areas’ in the UK. Millie is passionate about her subject & will be happy to answer questions about her work. \nAs Millie is now in New Zealand this talk will be via Zoom.
