SUMMARY:Putting up new bat boxes at Clayfield
DESCRIPTION:As several of the boxes we put up in 2011 have come down or been damaged we are planning to add another 20 new boxes to this long-running project. There are at least five species using the woods and we have found soprano pips & long-eared bats roosting in the boxes. Existing boxes will also be checked\, time permitting. \nIf you would like to come and help please email battyclairea@gmail.com. As numbers may still be limited it will be appreciated if you only sign up once you are sure you are able to come so we know there will be enough people to make the event viable.
