DESCRIPTION:New experiment! Box checks at Bowdown woods on Saturday followed\, weather permitting\, by evening trapping (mist-nets & harp traps) for target species barbastelle & noctule and then more box checks on Sunday. This is part of James’ long running project with the West Berks Living Landscape (read more about it here) \nMeet (both days) at either McDonald’s Newbury Retail Park 8:30am or Bowdown bomb site car park 9am (///woes.vines.frog). Please bring gloves\, face masks and lunch\, plus chairs & stuff for trapping if staying later. Last minute changes to the plan will be posted on Facebook
