SUMMARY:AGM & Winter talk: Local Nature Recovery Strategies
DESCRIPTION:All are welcome to attend the bat group AGM which will be followed by a talk by bat group member Duncan Fisher on the the role of a local authority ecology officer with particular reference to how Local Nature Recovery Strategies and biodiversity net gain can benefit bats and how bat group members can get involved. \nMembers will be asked for agenda items beforehand and all committee positions will be up for election or re-election. Minutes of previous AGMs can be found here. \nAs it’s our first meeting of the year members who do not pay their annual sub by standing order or BACS are reminded to bring their 2023 sub (£10 or £5 concession)! \nUniversity of Reading campus map https://www.reading.ac.uk/…/whiteknights-campus-map.pdf.
